Coming Up

IPSA happenings

Coming up this week, a local group I am a member of, Internet Professionals Society of Alabama (IPSA) is having someone from Apple fly in to review some products with us. I think there will be someone conferencing in from Macworld via iSight, so hopefully we will get a sneak peek at some of the new Apple goodies that have been mentioned lately (mini-iPod anyone?).

We had someone from Macromedia come back in September and it was a good experience. Got to see some things that the StudioMX2004 can do, but nothing in depth.

Speaking of IPSA, I will be the featured speaker at February’s meeting. I will be speaking on the subject of web standards and how they can be beneficial to designers and their clients.

Redesign In Progress (still)

This site will continue to shape up over the coming days (which will probably turn into weeks). I still have to set some basic styles for link colors and such. Also, I will probably be adding a navigation element of some kind on the right side.

For now, the site is going to be edited by hand when updates are made. I am considering installing something like MovableType, but just don’t have the time right now.
