The Wife, The Child and I traveled “home” to Meridian this past weekend for Mother’s Day. I must say that one of my favorite things about going back to Meridian is the opportunity to travel 20 miles south to Enterprise, MS, to Long’s Fish Camp for all-you-can-eat whole fried catfish and coleslaw.
