The List

Tags: No Tags.

Blogebrity has created a list of bloggers, sorting them into A, B, and C-listers. Apparently, I am a no-lister.

Is that sort of like being a GDI in college when everyone else is in a fraternity?

Update: Nevermind. I’m a C-lister.

With status comes responsibility. Be glad you’re under the radar :)

Nice to see another guy from Birmingham blogger. Maybe one day our numbers grow to some unthinkable number. Like 10.

What? You sold out, man. And to think… I was going to invite you to the big no-lister party in my dorm room this weekend!

I wonder what criteria they used to classify them? I also wonder what the white > means on some of the A List bloggers?

i talked to someone at blogebrity today…and discovered this…who they are

    and as for criteria:

blogebrity “as for criteria—it’s a little bit of “who links to you”, a little bit “how much you update your site”, and a little bit of intangible extras. “we’re working to refine the “science” behind it but right now, it’s definitely very adjustable, e.g., we have been moving people who seem to be “mis-classified” regularly.”

So I submitted a few names and asked them to tell me more about their criteria. I also suggest they come up with better names than A, B and C. I suggested:

A = Superstars - so in the spotlight, everyone knows them!

B = Stars (- if you are serious about the blogosphere, listen to these voices

C = Up and comers - fresh insight and rising stars
