Because the storm is still raging over parts of Louisiana, there hasn’t been much information in the way of damage around New Orleans, especially the French Quarter.

I just posted a link over on ForeverGeek that shows various ways of tweaking Google Talk.
One thing that stood out to me is that you can make text bold by adding an asterisk before and after the word you want bold ( *Bold Text* ) and underscores around text you want italicized ( _Italicized Text_ [...]

Since it was pretty much all over the interweb yesterday, I don’t think many were truly suprised at the release of Google’s chat client, Google Talk. Heck, a good many people were already connecting to its jabber server last night using Trillian, GAIM, iChat, and Adium.
