We had a great lunch meeting today with several people from the area that are interested in seeing this event happen. We have tenatively set a date for the weekend of August 25th and 26th, which will coincide with BarCampEarth.

Our current plans are some sort of ice breaker event on Friday night, and then kick-off Saturday around 10am and go until whenever. There may even be some sort of wrap-up event on Saturday night.
