I didn’t realize this until I saw a screenshot in Chris Messina’s Flickrstream, but Google has expanded the list of services that are accessible from the top-left of the Gmail interface.

In addition to the Google Calendar, you can also access Google Photos (Picasa Web Albums) and Google Spreadsheets. Like their homepage, there is a link that will display a list of all the services tied to your Google Account.
