We decided to take in the festivities at lunch today and hit the Taylor Hicks Parade as it rolled down 20th Street. Afterwards we headed down to Linn Park for some ceremony and to hear him sing.

If you are in/around the Downtown Birmingham area tomorrow, there will be a parade for American Idol finalist Taylor Hicks.
The parade will start at Powell Avenue South and go up 20th Street North to Linn Park.
